171: Your Daily Routines Defy Who You Are

I’ve learned daily routines from AMAZING people.  I’ve read books, interviewed people on the podcast, learned from mentors and tested all of them out myself.

I can’t say I do everything, but I do, do most!  What I share in this episode is:

  1. Meditation-meditation is a powerful tool to use every day of your life.
    1. Dr. Joe Dispenza
    2. Emily Fletcher
    3. Muse meditation headband – 10% off
  2. Manifestation- this means knowing what you truly want and putting it out there to the universe.  You can do it in meditation or even write it down in a journal
  3. Gratitude- This one is HUGE.  Writing things down that you’re grateful for at the beginning and the end of the day can literally change your life for good!  Make sure when writing what you’re grateful for that you use the words “I AM” at the beginning of each sentence.
  4. Movement- make sure to get exercise and move your body in the AM… even if it’s just doing some air squats or doing some pushups.  If you’re like me you’ll do that and then make time to go for a run or to go for a hike or to the gym.
  5. Lastly, make sure you drink 20 ounces of water in the AM before you put anything else in your body.  This will give you a BOOST for the day!
