What’s going on everyone? This is a Lifestyle Locker Radio short and I am glad to say that I have completed week two of the X3 Bar workout. I actually have upgraded myself to week five (of the 12-week training program) already because I am an athlete already. What that means is instead of exercising with the X3 Bar four times a week for the first four weeks I am doing six times a week for 12 weeks.
