037: 100lb weight loss, ayahuasca, and rheumatoid arthritis with Scott Riley

Little over three years and 100 lb ago, Scott Riley was suffering from a severe case of Rheumatoid Arthritis, was on a toxic cocktail of ineffective pharmaceutical drugs and barely leaving his small apartment in Ireland because of physical pain and shame about his appearance.

In today’s episode we discuss how through a series of giant leaps, such as 60 days without solid food, a journey to the Peruvian Amazon and studying advanced breathing techniques, Scott rediscovered his health, strength, and passion to help others achieve the same.

Scott feels that he learned the hard way so that you don’t have to. He’s taken the valuable lessons from these experiences and dedicated his life to providing a more simple path to the same giant results with his health-coaching company Causeway Living.

Visit his website CausewayLiving.com to learn more about how you too can take Small Steps to Giant Living. Whether it’s the ‘Giant Awakening’ Mountain Retreats in Northern Ireland or his Six Week Shift online course, Scott is someone I highly recommend speaking to.
